The patent pending Duraflo System uses a simple design for lime spreading and fertiliser spreading where the spreading vane slots through the disc and locates into place with a locking nut underneath the disc out of harms way. By slotting through the disc the product being spread can flow freely along the disc and up onto the vane and off the vane with no obstruction resulting in exceptional wear properties and constant spread pattern.
Lift and spread smoothly
The vane slots through the disc and in turn there is a free flow of material off the disc and onto the vane which in turn lifts and spreads the product smoothly and evenly.

The one piece design and no welding on the vane paired with a favourable shape means durability is exceptional with upto twice the lifetime of conventional vanes.
Consistent spread pattern
The Duraflo System ensures unobstructed flow of material onto the vane and in turn this leads to a consistent spread pattern which is key when applying product.
Can be fitted to any brand of machine
