Born from attention to detail and the continuing passion to improve and develop ideas.
Grahams family have been involved in the farming industry for generations and as a child he was raised on a mixed beef, sheep and arable farm in Anglesey.
During his early years he gained valuable experience working on an arable farm in Oxford before moving onto agricultural college at Bishop Burton.
Following completion of his college course, Graham spent much of his working life on a large estate and with farm contractors in Yorkshire until he found his true passion for engineering.
This passion took Graham from hands on farm work to design and engineering of agricultural machinery with Sumo. Initially with the R&D department, he quickly moved into the role of production manager and honed his managerial and engineering skills.
Family priorities led to a move to Shropshire and a relunctant departure from Sumo. However this move led to Graham starting his own company, working alongside a Lime supply and spreading contractor, which is where the idea for the Duraflo concept was born.
It has always been important to me to primarily do the best job where ever possible however, this should never be at the expense of cost effectiveness and value for money.
The Duraflo system embraces that perfectively producing excellent material distribution at very cost effective levels.
